But eventually it had to end... Before I got on the plane yesterday. I looked up into the blue sky, closed my eyes and soaked up the 85 degree weather for just a few more moments. The palm trees swayed in the warm breeze. I live in Missouri. I was going to miss this. This morning when I woke up at home, there was 3 inches of snow on the ground!!!
So I spent the last two weeks in FLORIDA thanks to this amazing company called Stampin Up!
I have been a demonstrator since March of 2015 and have been slowly working my business by holding classes in my home. It's tough some days with two small children at home (5 & 2... still changing diapers!)
I was blessed to be far enough in my business to be able to earn a free ticket to a 3 day OnStage convention and I then turned it into a family vacation and a trip with the girls on my team!
My husband, two young boys & my parents joined us at Cocoa Beach for a week where we relaxed, crafted of course, played in the ocean and put our toes in the sand.
As a Silver Elite demonstrator, I earned a trip to Epcot with a special reception and free stuff. It was so much fun taking my husband on this special trip that I earned. We had an amazing time and I bought a bunch of real wood chopsticks from Japan! (Why you might ask??) Yes, we love sushi, but mostly because I have REALLY long hair and I use them to hold my hair in a bun!
The next week, my husband drove home with the kids 15 hours! And I stayed with my lovely team members for training, lots of free giveaways, crafting and networking. SO MUCH FUN
Well... time to get back to work! The next incentive trip that demonstrators can earn is a free trip to Hawaii. So keeping that warm feeling in my mind, I'll push ahead.
